  • 14.5 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • One Half Tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion
  • ¼ teaspoon ground thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 3 eaches zucchini, cut into long strands

Then, once you get all the recipes you can now start the mission. So, you have all the ingredients, here what you do. First, You want to cook the noodles and drain all the water for 5-7 minutes.

Next, you’re gonna want to mix all the ingredients together. Now, grab the tomato, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes into the noodles; cook and stir until sauce is warmed through, about 2-3 minutes. Stir tomato paste into sauce and you start to see results. You feel like you won the lottery.

Next, mix the zucchini noodles. So, you mixed it. Then, you press the noodles into the sauce. Next, you have to fully submerge them and turn the heat to medium-low.
